usb 2 0 drivers

I have my machine set up to dual-boot with XP Pro & Vista.
In XP Pro all of my USB ports are 2.0. However, when I boot to Vista it only has USB 1.1 drivers loaded.
I know in XP you have to "Update Driver" on the USB Root Hub to get 2.0 support, so I tried that in the Vista Device Manager - but it keeps saying I *have* the latest drivers, whether I have it search the internet and my computer or even if I manually point it at C:\Windows\System32\Drivers (my XP install).

Same here - all devices only recognised as USB 1.1 - any help?
